Travel/Accommodations
- Airfare: Full-coach airfare for one. Doug’s purchases his own air travel so that he can manage any changes to his air travel schedule.
- Hotel-2 nights: Quiet, non-smoking room, without an adjoining door, away from ice machines, elevators, staircases or exits; king-size bed preferred; room to include workout facility, internet/WiFi service, and reasonable in-room meals
- Ground Transportation at Venue: taxi, or client/bureau to pre-arrange car service
- Ground Transportation in Home City: Doug’s office will arrange this.
- Reasonable meals
Doug is willing to arrange for capped air travel rates. These can be negotiated in advance and are included as a non-commissionable fee to his contract. This is paid in advance with the speaking fee. Doug suggests the following capped airfare fees:
Western Time Zone - $750
Mountain Time Zone - $950
Central Time Zone - $1,500
Eastern Time Zone - $1,750
