We recently had Doug as a keynote at our Annual Forum for leading libraries that are members of the Urban Libraries Council. Doug delivered the closing keynote on day one of the Forum. Both Doug and Pam were wonderful to work with leading up to the Forum. Doug took the time to learn about the audience and customize his message. His energy, content, interaction with the participants, and Disney examples were on target for libraries that are focused on providing a high touch experience for their users. We highly recommend him as a keynote.
