We just wrapped up our annual Smarter Services Symposium which Doug was our opening keynote speaker C-Level Service and Customer Support Executives. Doug’s presentation was real and actionable. He was extremely approachable by guests and showed 100% commitment to enabling us to have a successful event by enhancing our guests experience through his active involvement beyond his keynote speech. His content is not just entertainment (although many of our guests commented on his entertaining style). It is actionable and his structured approach aides in his audience assimilating the recommendations he provides to take and apply to their own businesses. I am confident our community had a better experience by having Doug involved and would strongly recommend progressive organizations looking to supercharge their customer support operations and employee culture to engage Doug!
