The following fees are commissionable (gross fees).

Keynote/Workshop Rate (up to 90 minutes) *
All U.S. Regions, Canada, Mexico – $20,000
Sacramento $15,000.

Half-Day Rate (multiple presentations/audiences) *
All U.S. Regions, Canada, Mexico – $24,000
Sacramento $15,000

Full-Day/Multiple Sessions Rate *
All U.S. Regions, Canada, Mexico – $28,000-$35,000
Sacramento – $20,000

Event moderator & emcee *
Fees are available on request.
*Travel-Plus non-commissionable travel expenses including full-fare coach for one, home ground airport transportation (Sacramento or San Francisco), venue ground transportation, 2 nights hotel inclusive of reasonable meals for two, travel meals. If preferred, client may consider the following suggested capped air travel rates below which may be added to the contracted speaking fee (excludes Canada/Mexico):
Western Time Zone – $1,500
Mountain/Central Time Zone – $2,500
Eastern Time Zone – $2,950
(Please note that Doug purchases full-fare coach tickets because of the many changes to his flight schedule. It is rare that he is able to purchase discount tickets that are sometimes used to estimate flight costs.) Client is responsible for any additional airfare costs in the case of an unexpected weather or mechanical issue which otherwise may prevent on-time arrival or departure.
Overseas/International Speaking Rate (excluding Canada/Mexico):

Keynote/Workshop- up to 2.5 hours $25,000 -$45,000(gross) depending on length of program and location.
Full-day Program $35,000 – $50,000 (gross) Fees depend on location. Doug will consider discount for multiple bookings during same travel period.
International travel: Business class travel for one on preferred airline, plus 3-4 nights hotel, home and venue ground, reasonable meals, taxes/visas fees.
Adustments to Speaking Fee:
Rates are subject to increase based on individual client considerations and requests at time of booking.
Discounts are available for consecutive and multiple bookings with the same client.
Discounts are available for consecutive bookings in same time zone.
Discounts may be considered depending on Doug’s exisitng schedule and travel routes.
